1) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

 

- It usually take up to two business days to prepare for the shipping. For big item like LCD/Plasma TV, it will take longer for preparation.

- Standard Shipping; It usually deliver in 4-14 Business day after shipping.
- Expedited shipping: It usually deliver in 3-6 Business day after shipping.

- Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

2) Which payment method is available?

 

- We accept credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and America Express), Google Checkout and Paypal.

- The shipping address must be similar with billing address for credit card and paypal payment.

- You must use Google Checkout if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

- For payment with Paypal, we will only ship to COMFIRMED address provided by Paypal to prevent fraud.

3) What is your return policy?

 

- Basic return policy. You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Software, Ipod and digital cameras that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only.
