1) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

 

- It usually take up to two business days to prepare for the shipping. For big item like LCD/Plasma TV, it will take longer for preparation.

- Standard Shipping; It usually deliver in 4-14 Business day after shipping.
- Expedited shipping: It usually deliver in 3-6 Business day after shipping.

- Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

2) Which payment method is available?

- The shipping address must be similar with billing address for credit card payment.

3) What is your return policy?

 

- Basic return policy. You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of purchase for refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will be responsible for both way S&H in addition to restocking fee. Software, Ipod and digital cameras/camcorder that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only.
