Cancellations Policy:
We are committed to ship your order as quickly as possible and we cannot hold orders before processing. Therefore, we can not modify or cancel an order once the order has been placed. We strongly recommend that you review your order carefully before clicking the "Submit Order" button, esp for those large items like LCD/Plasma TV, Generators with expensive shipping cost.
Although it is not possible to cancel an order, it is possible for you to refuse delivery of the product. To refuse delivery of an item that you do not want, please do not accept the delivery or write 'Return to Sender' on the label and have the carrier return it to our Fulfilling center. Please immediately contact us to facilitate processing your refund
Please be aware that a re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged for order cancellations. In addition, original shipping will not be refunded to you and return-shipping fees may be charged to you. You will be responsible for shipping cost we paid even for items with Free shipping promotions.
Return/Exchange:
We strike to provide our customer first class and satisfactory services. All products carry 21 days store guarantee return/exchange policy unless stated otherwise.
1) 21-Day Return Period:
- You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of purchase for refund. Please send out request to us by Email : support@y2incusa.com for return authorization. Software, iPod and digital cameras/camcorder that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only. Please keep all accessories with original package in case you need to exchange/return an item within Return Period.
- Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be
refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by the Y2INCUSA store, in its sole discretion, to be defective. All merchandise
returned to Y2INCUSA must be in the original packaging
with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) accompanying
the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be
eligible for return or exchange.
- The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Y2INCUSA within 10 days after authorization. Please send item back with traceable method with full insurance against shipping damage. Signature confirmation is required for all returns. Return authorization will be expired after 10 days and the item(s) will no longer be eligible for regular return.
- Y2INCUSA will consequently replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address on the original order. Or we can choose to refund according to our refund policy. For hardware merchandise issues after the Return Period has expired, please refer to your merchandise's Limited Warranty. Some of items can be returned within one year for partial refund if you have all original package and accessories. Due to the nature of electronics, the refund percentage might be low. Please contact us with detail of your order, we will send you refund percentage if we decide to accept your return. There are no guaranty to accept return after 21-day return period expired.
2) Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on the condition of returned item. Series number and content should match series number and content list stored in file for each order. Item with wrong series number will be refused for return/exchange and shipped back to customer. Restocking fees apply unless the fee is prohibited by law. Please be advised that UP to 50% restocking fee will be charged for seasonal items.
