Cancellations Policy:

We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible and we cannot hold orders before processing. Therefore, it might be not possible to modify or cancel an order once the order has been placed. We strongly recommend that you review your order carefully before clicking the "Submit Order" button.

Although it is not possible to cancel an order, it is possible for you to refuse delivery of the product. To refuse delivery of an item that you do not want, please tell the carrier that you do not accept the delivery. So that we may promptly process your credit, you should immediately contact us

Please be aware that a re-stocking fee of 10% may be charged for order cancellations. In addition, original shipping will not be refunded to you and return-shipping fees may be charged to you.

Return/Exchange:

1) 21-Day Return Period: You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Software, Ipod and digital cameras that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only. Please keep all accessories with original package in case you need to exchange/Return an item within 21 days. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Y2INCUSA within 10 business days after authorization, and Y2INCUSA will consequently replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address on the original order. Or we can choose to refund according to our refund policy. For hardware merchandise issues after the Return Period has expired, please refer to your merchandise's Limited Warranty. Some of items can be returned within one year for partial refund if you have all original package and accessories. Due to the nature of electronics, the refund percentage might be low. Please contact us with detail of your order, we will send you refund percentage if we decide to accept your return. There are no guaranty to accept return after 21-day return period expired

2) Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charged 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on the condition of returned item. Series number and content should match Series number and content list stored in file for each order. Item with wrong series number will be refused for return/exchange and shipped back to customer. Restocking fees apply unless the fee is prohibited by law. Please be advised that UP to 50% Restocking fee will be charged for seasonal items.
