Shipping Policy
Large items like LCD/Plasma TV will be shipped via LTL carrier and need extra 2-4 business days for preparation for shipment. Please allow approximately up to 3 weeks for delivery (may require a delivery appointment) depending on your location.

Flat shipping fee for all shipments to continental 48 states via FedEx/UPS Ground / Home Delivery with tracking number and insurance. We might have to add extra charge to PR due to shipping charge from carrier. Small item (Less than 5 lbs) might be able to ship to HI/AK/APO/POBOX using USPS with extra charge to cover shipping cost. International orders and bigger items to HI/AK/APO/POBOX/Canada will have 2nd invoice to cover extra charge for shipments. Big and heavy item such as Plasma TV would NOT be shipped to HI/AK/Canada.

Total time to get your order = Time for preparation + Time from shipping until delivery
